The beginning

During her 24 years in the Legal Profession, She developed experience in observation and documentation for both criminal, civil court cases, domestic violence matters and trained in drug and alcohol recognition.  I have given Expert testimony in court room and deposition testimony.  She has a Master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. Her undergraduate degree was in Human Services Mental Health and she is a Bar Certified Paralegal.  


Furthermore, Cynthia Raddatz, MA served as a Therapist for children and families while working with many cultures and parenting styles. She is excellent in conflict management skills and is knowledgeable in highly conflicted court cases and is able to calm the most conflicted family issues with grace. 


Because of Cynthia Raddatz, ability to effectively interact with people and bring resolution to often difficult circumstances, she has received two community company awards as well as a Testimonial letters from previous clients. And, it is this type of overall experience which makes her a trustworthy and effective professional monitor.


Ms. Raddatz has passed all background checks and is Trustline approved. She is a current member of the Supervised Visitation Network (SVN) as well as a member of CAMFT a Professional Organization for Marriage and Family Therapy. Cynthia Raddatz, Has a Master’s ‘degree in Psychology with emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy. Our objective is to meet the visitation needs of children and families and facilitate a safe visit for the children.

Our mission is to foster the best communication between Parents, Guardians, Grandparents and children.  We strive to strengthen positive family communications and relations through supervised visitations. Cynthia Raddatz, MA is the Executive Director and has conducted supervised visitations since 1999. I am a highly qualified professional, reputable and assist individuals with Family Visitation Services.  We understand this may be a difficult time for you and your family and my goal is to support and facilitate access and visitation with your child or children when possible and where appropriate. 


Cynthia worked at Family Care Agencies and Family Care Monitoring Services for many years. Her expertise in helping families during these challenging times can be difficult for families and I am here to assist the families to aid and educate them to understand the difficult dynamics of families involved in emotionally unpleasant and sometimes painful custody disputes. We have the experience, understanding, and knowledge to deal with the special needs families involved in custody disputes. I have earned the respect, confidence, and admiration of many families as well as legal and other professionals throughout Southern California.

We promote a family-friendly approach and this is essential for the best supervised visitations. Families undergoing a highly conflicted and stressful custody battle need the experience, knowledge, and empathy that Cynthia can provide. We offer our services as an unbiased professional toward either parent.  We Provide Monitors who can remain neutral to all parties, because we are professional services. Effective Monitoring cultivates, builds, educates and maintains relationships that may have a conflict, which may have a detrimental effect between children and their parents.

We focus on protecting the safety of both children and each parent. We offer a safe and neutral environment to help children reconnect with their parents and advocate the children’s safety even during high-risk circumstances. These issues sometimes arise from the family’s broken relationships and turmoil caused by separation, divorce, or an environment where neglect, abuse, or violence may be prevalent. The complete and total commitment by all parties to the success of the supervised visitations is vital at every stage.
